Mohini Soman, who completed a Master of Management in the Field of Business Executive Coaching last year, is our #AlumniSuccessStories feature of the week.
Mohini says that years of mediating disputes involving executives as a senior commissioner at the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration led her to coaching as a way of more effectively managing workplace conflict. “I believe that conflict can be productive, and it has a valuable place in the workplace if managed effectively,” she says.
Mohini, who believes that experienced people have a responsibility to mentor, encourage and grow young talent to secure our future, is excited that, with her degree done, she now has free time for painting, yoga, reading, writing, photography and her family.
